Had to laugh. Got a phone call from our estate agent today to say that our buyer had pulled out of buying our house.
The reason given was that he was going to prison Do not pass go and collect £200, go straight to jail Cheaper than a mortgage I guess.
After messing us around for nearly 2 months he derserves it. It all becomes clear now, no wonder he had trouble getting a mortgage
Estate agents said they have heard lots of excuses but that is a first.
Anyone one else had good excuses?

After 6 weeks on Wednesday, we got "We are happy to stay where we are"
Sold it again last night for asking price
