You could argue that bringing in foreign talent has raised our game and made our players thirstier for a first team place.

I would firstly look at Kegan, he's useless, he’s' never won anything as a manger, and yet we are steering our focus away from him when we have had a poor performance. Just listen I mean really listen to Kegan next pre/post match interview, the man talks pants.
