Si, ok. Bottom line is, i owe money on this, resulting from the outright denials from said person's agents.
What i need to know is, can i delay this, based on stuff that will eventually come to light, or was it ever only heresay anyway..?

The guy i owe is citing the sunday papers who have made "categorical" statements about the validity of these rumours, saying that they are completely unfounded. Why would they do that if it will later be proved that's a load of tosh?
