Pity the cops didn't wrap the **** in shrink wrap, leave him in the car and light the car! The plastic burns thus leaving no evidence of him having been strapped in!
Not that I've ever thought of this punishment before!

Unlike the ****** who stole this car, we (including the police) live in a world where morality exists, which is lucky for ****** like this, or amputations would be in order.

The car looked like it was a mint Evo, not many people know what these cars are ( I've had mine called a golf!) but as the article made the front page of paper seems that could change.

Three men made off after the crash on the Chapel Ash ring road leaving the driver, named by police as Richard Wedderburn, trapped in the wreckage with both legs broken.
Scum of the earth! they don't deserve to breathe our air!

I hate to have to contribute to this thread but I am afraid this is the society we live in today. There is no Law and order. Soft on crime SOFT ON THE CAUSES OF CRIME = NEW LABOUR.
Lets get them out together: VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE lets do it NOW

rik1471, my morals obliges me to help amputate this man's leg based on what I've seen in ER. Go ask Dr John Banks if you don't believe me that infection can actually kill. He'll give it to you straight..

There was a theft of a 600cc motorbike round near where i live, the 18 year old guy who stole it ran a red light .......
And went straight under an arctic which didnt know he had run over him
This muppet could now loose his leg which im sure wont stop him from stealing stuff again but he got his just deserts

Complete mockery of the system when you read this:
"Chief Superintendent John Colston said police made strong objections to Richard Wedderburn being given bail when he appeared before magistrates on November 15 charged with burglary, but he was bailed and made subject to curfew conditions."
So the scumbag is on bail, does the same thing again and get's bailed again? Nice one Mr/Mrs Magistrate. Get real!
