Shall I get a Loewe, Sony, or Toshiba TV
On the cards,
Loewe Vitros 32" £1200 Empire Direct
Sony 32DX40 £915 Comet (online)
Toshiba 36ZP18Q 36" £1300 Empire Direct
I like the Tosh as I can get the 36" to fit in my room as its very little cabinet, 100hz and comes with a stand. Currys are selling this for a whopping £1850 at the moment
The Sony has a built in digital tuner, but only 50hz, its cheap as I guess its discountinued.
The Loewe has the best looking picture, kinda freaky style though and don't come with a stand. I was quoted £1500 in a shop today for this, so saving £300 by buying online.
So which one shall I go for, and has anyone ever bought anything from Empire before?
Anyone got either of these by any chance?
Cheers
John

I was in the same dilemma 8 months ago and I opted for the Toshiba
What a cool TV, cause there are no speakers on the side it looks like a plasma....with the correct Digi Amp and speakers watching DVD is like being in the cinema.
Well worth the money!!!!

50 vs 100 Hz is a personal taste thing, I don't much like 100 Hz (plus the gun for Time Crisis 2 doesn't work
) The 50 Hz Sony Wega sets have a fantastic picture - I've got a 32" model.
