Just changed my insurance from my M3 to my 318is with my existing insurance company, and I was expecting to receive a nice refund. Apparantely the difference between the two vehicles is a grand total of £35.00. Yep thats right the 318is is £35 cheaper to insure than a M3 which is unbelievable seeing that the M3 is classed as a group 20 and 318is is classed as 14. I can't cancel my insurance as someone went into the back of me last week so im stuck. Why is everything to do with cars such a rip off in this country. Sorry to rant just a bit pissed off at the moment.
