Having gone from 6210 to 6310 I can say I recommend it, they seem to have fixed most of the glitches that I experienced with the 6210 e.g. loose battery, switching itself off, microphone sometimes ceasing to work, software crashing etc... all seem to be fixed

Mice,
You've been done! I've got both - co. just gave me a 6310 - identical appetures etc.
<muppet mode> Almost afraid to suggest this.. You have -er- realised that there is a little rubber bung over the upper connector (to the left of the nokia lettering and slightly down as you look at the back - stick a pencil down the side, and it can be popped out? </muppet mode>
Waiting for a slap...
- Mark.

The 6310i is the Tri band version i.e. can be used in the USA. The standard 6310 is a dual band phone which works on the four UK (and European) networks.
Suppliers are locking the phones to their networks to try and ensure some kind of "Customer Loyalty", so that if you change network you have to spend again to get yet another new phone.

Its not difficult to unlock phones though, and very cheap. If you unlocked 2 for a fiver you would get your money back!
Shane - I am offering my users the opportunity to buy the phones before letting another company buy them. Although I could offer them to Scoobynet the admin time on me would be far to great. To be honest I think they are a crappy unreliable phone anyway, and can not believe my users want them.
