Me and the lads are off to Amsterdam next month 
. We've been before but I think we might have missed out on a lot due to just wondering round aimlessly for hours on end!
Has anyone got any 'must see/must do' stuff for a trip to Amsterdam?
What we did last time:
Sex Museum,
Canal Tour,
A wander in the Red light district
The obligatory coffee shops.
Most nights we just ended up in the Rembrantsplein but I heard the Leibersplein is supposed to be good too?
Things I thought of:
Beer Museum,
Amsterdam Arena tour.
Looking forward to some (wacky) suggestions.

I think you mean Leidesplien (sp).
You don't mention a sex show? There are several sorts
Moulin Rouge - Fairly tame (I took my GF)
The one with a big Pink elephant - Proper ****
Banana bar - Filth
A boat trip is interesting, and keeps you sober for an hour or two. Heniken museum is suposed to be fun too.

Im going to Amsterdam for a week in January and we're going to:
the heineken museum
chocolate factory
diamond factory
The rest of our time is divided into clubs/"coffee shops" :-D

jamie - we did exactly the same stuff, and just wandered around, group of 12 people.
we did the "heineken factory" = your "beer factory" first thing in the morning when hungover, 5 euros in, worth it. u get some free beer. the gift shop is dangerous.

Of course we went to a show - something between the pink elephant and the banana bar by the sounds of things.
Not really my cup of tea though (honest). Just out of interest, one of my friends () would like to know where he can go to just see girls i.e. no rancid blokes , would this be the banana bar?
I think the Heinekin brewery is looking good...
