Circolazione Turistica! Anyone here driven at Monza?

The next public open day at Monza is this coming Saturday, the 16th!
Has anyone on here ever attended one of these days before?
Are they well organised or can they become overcrowded and dangerous?
The circuit is 'open' from 1400 to 1700hrs* but I don't know how they control the 30 min sessions or if you can have several, spread-out or back to back.
I have done a few track days before and am only 240 miles away from Monza so am really tempted to check it out.
I prefer the 'open-pitlane' approach but this looks like it could be based on 30 minute sessions.
However, the thought of attempting to find the perfect line around the parabolica in relative safety has an obvious appeal!
Grateful for info from anyone who was been there, done that!
* P.S. I expect it will be getting a little dark by 5pm....
