Anyone who smiles and accepts praises for giving money to charity then spending 4 times as much on flowers (16k a week) should be ashamed of themselves. If he was truly as nice a guy as he leads people to believe he would live of the first 50 million he has and give the rest to charity.

How do we measure evil?
On a grand scale some already mentioned, Pol Pot etc.
But what about someone like Fred West or the Moors murderers who made kids suffer before they killed them. Evil or what.
No point saying Thatcher or Blair as they are politicians who we voted in and have not directly murdered or tortured anyone.
