Some muppets left their office windows un-latched and now there's a carpet of broken glass in the street!!!
Looks like there are a couple more waiting to go just above our office car park as well!
Not good seeing as my car's parked down there!!!!!

No damage to any of my stuff, car tucked safely away in garage, the house roof tiles are still in tact and no fence panels down either. My fence panels never go down, must be the amount of screws we used when we put them up, still it works as they survive it everytime.

My wheelie bin hasn't even gone over yet, lol. Everybody elses has.

And yes I am in England where the gales are happening.

Cheers.

Another of my neighbours has a giant sunflower, the biggest I have ever seen, must be 12ft high It's still hanging in there - just - all the leaves now look like tattered rags, but I'm amazed how resilient it is

FAO Tiggs, a cautionary tale:
Make sure you dont end up (and I quote) "finally dumped soaking wet and covered in mud with his trousers round his ankles"

flying from Edinburgh to the motorshow today tried twice to land at Birmingham....no joy. On to Manchester tried twice there ....no joy. Then the captain in his infinite wisdom decided that EDINBURGH would be the best place to land

Hey ho, will have to try during the week.

I'm dreading getting home!
Been at work all day and will shortly have to face the A13, M25 and A12, then fully expect to find a cross channel ferry in the garden and a cow stuck on the roof! (if the roofs still there anyway!!)
Anyone know what the road conditions are like??????
Dave

(Good job I drove in cos the trains are all shagged!)

But on the bright side......at least the scoob only has minor dents, the Jeeps got a crumpled roof, boot & door tops so generally f**ked.

Talking

We were all inside, coats on & ready to go out. We heard a crack then the alarm went off.

We were going out in the wife's Jeep too.......

She thought we were lucky - I thought we weren't - we'd have been gone if she hadn't faffed around - half full or half empty I guess........

Came home today to see the massive Apple Tree in the back garden lying at a jaunty angle, its a big tree and I am now wondering what the F*ck to do with it,its not all bad news cos its not hit anything and it gives me the opportunity to play with Chainsaw's, axes and other manly stuff, dont know whee I am going to get rid of it though.

Sorry to see the pictures of damaged cars, I know its a cliche but at least you werent hurt.

Makes you wonder what kind of a winter we are in for, imagine that lot with freezing temperatures and snow.

Apple wood definately has a value. Try some sort of craft organisaion, they may even take it away for you.
