Ah yes, The drug runners boat of choice!
Options include a full lenght 'snorting' mirror, ammunition holders and flack jackets
and of course - a scooby would have it on the twisties

If anyone is seriously looking at buying a rib, let me know. One of my best pals works for a Rib Manufacturer and can advise you on any number of different ribs, hull shapes etc. He was the UK F1 Rib Champion 2 years running in a Scorpion Rib (www.scorpionribs.co.uk). See piccy below:
The speeds that a 9m Racing Rib can consistently run is scary - anything upwards of 80mph in the calm.
An average rib, say 7.5m with a 225 on the back should be able to easily reach 50mph. They are great fun.
Check out www.hotribs.com for more info on the Rib scene and for used boats.

Cheers Jim,
I'm not sure if a RIB is the way forward for me yet.
To get a RIB to go as fast as say something like a Ring 21 with an XR2 on the back, I think I've got to be looking at spending >£15K. Whereas a decent Ring is about £7K.
It will spend all it's life with me on or around Milford Haven which can get pretty lumpy off the heads but the upper river is always pretty much flat. So it's a Speed vs. Safety thing that I'm debating...
