For value, hostonce.com can't be beaten. £21 a year with unlimited storage/bandwidth/POP3 email addresses plus a free .com/.co.uk domain name.
Been with them for 9months, no real problems.
If your interested, let me know I have a code so you can get the special price of £21. (Usually it's £42).
Rik.

Most web hosts will 'sell'/rent a domain name to you. I tend to use EasySpace: http://www.easyspace.com/. They'll sell you a domain and also a hosting package.
A cheaper solution would be to use the free webspace that an ISP account (Freeserve etc) gives you when you sign up. You could buy a domain name and then set up a cloaked redirection to your free web space. Looks to a user as if it's a normal page.
If you're setting up a commercial page (i.e. sponsors, adverts etc) - make sure this is consistent with your hosts' Terms and Conditions.
Note: I'm not affiliated with EasySpace in any way other than as a customer/'web-guy' of customers. Ditto - w/Freeserve as a customer only.

Of course there's no such thing as unlimited bandwidth. 'Unlimited bandwidth' just means "we're not going to tell you what the limits are".

My point exactly. Offering a 'free' domain and unlimited disk space for £21/year is easy - it only costs £20-25 for 2 years to register most .com/.co.uk domains anyway, and disk space is so cheap these days it may as well be free in a hosting package. But the 'unlimited bandwidth' bit is always an out-and-out lie.
I went through this 2-3 years ago - had to switch hosts three times in as many months because they all promised 'unlimited' bandwidth, expecting my 'personal' site to use a 10-20Mb/month or something similar. When they discovered I was pulling 8-10Gb/month they told me I'd have to pay £10/gig or cancel the contract.
In the end I went with Lee @ Titan who was totally up-front about costs, but cheap with it.
