Question

Hi,
Im trying to send a bumper over to California, I usualy use Parcel Force as their prices are pretty good, but they have a 1.5M max length restriction, the bumper measures 1.8M. I tried DHL but they quoted me about £300.00 for air mail!!
I would consider sending by ship, but how long will it take?
Anyone had any experience with this kind of thing?
Any help would be great.
Thanks, Rob.

About 3 weeks

your problem will be packing it securely, and I guess a wooden crate of some description will be the only way it wont get damaged.

Doubt if a freight forwarder would accept it any other way.
