Does anyone know which film (I think a cartoon) featured the song "busy doing nothing" which went "we're busy doing nothing, working the whole day through, trying to find lots of things not to do etc etc......

i know the song but cant remember what film. only one i can come up with is Bing Crosby in "A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthurs Court"...but i dont think thats the one we're thinking of.
