Either use: http://bbs.turbosport.co.uk/upload.php 
That's easy, instructions are on there... 
or host the picture and put the location in this formula [ i m g ] ....... [ / i m g ] without the spaces.

I know I'm gonna sound thick but how the chuff do I attach pictures to this thing? Someone explained it on a thread before but I can't find it now and I wanna put a piccie of my pap pap on!!
