Best DVD Player for <£200
#7
i just got a Tosh 220, plays multi reg and mp3 etc, etc and looks cool.
watch richersounds because they had my dvd player £30 cheaper but with old firmware in it which was "alledgedly" causing probs viewing some films.
also watch dixons/comet/currys cause they had my dvd for £500 extra and were staffed by a collection of monkeys.

I've got Sony DVPNS700 listed in magazines at £350. Dabs price £175 inc. VAT and P&P. Very happy with it, but seems discontinued now. Do you want multi disc? Do you want SACD/CD/VCD compatibility?
I suspect that most brand names at the £200 price point will be good enough. Also try Jungle and DVDplayers as well.

DJ Dunk - the lipsync problem went ages ago, when they released the official memory resident software. My PS2 plays DVD's superbly now - an absolute joy to watch.
