Mate of mine just been involved in a serious accident. Some young bloke drove out in front of him, he hit the other guy, both airbags deployed, massive damage.
I'd recently told him about someone on here advising people involved in accidents to "be injured, and need an ambulance" so that the plod have to attend.
He did just that, plod attended, even though it was a sunday afternoon, and the other driver is going to be done for careless driving.
Sorted: my mate's insurance were pleased with him too.
There's no chance of the other bloke claiming knock for knock if he's getting done, is there?

No , unless someone is injured you don't even have to call the police at all

Do what I did when some gu came round a street corner on the wrong side of the road and hit me head on.

I left the cars as they were and took the keys out of the others guys car and invited him to walked to the local police station with me, the police had no option but to turn up as I refused to give back the keys, pig headed I know but I also know what a bunch of crooks insurance companys are and with no witnesses and the possibility of the 3rd party lying his *** off, sorted in no time after a police report
