Has anyone else had a £15 charge added to their account when they havent requested the card protection which it relates to ?

Fulham71 no. But had my own bank (Natwest) tryed it on my Mastercard so I rang em up and complained so they refunded it.

i rang them last week about summat or other and i know she was tryin to get me to put it on for a free 4 mnth trial and then i can canx it or pay for it.

i know if u forget they will still charge u.....or most likely you've not ticked a box on a form or summat and that's y u are getting charged it after a free trial...it's a big scam. i should know i used to work in the credit card game.

but they should canx it.
