from what i can gather pheonix nights isn't as popular down south.....they dont understand our northern jokes!!!!

got two tickets for peterkay live in manchester lowry....paid face value but on ebay they are going for about £250 a pair , think i'll cash in......anybody interested?????????

Where I work its only me and a scouser (well he's from wigan but thinks hes a scouser, pie eating B@stard)who watch it, my southern colleagues dont find it that funny, theres no accounting for taste
I've always said Manchester has the best Music by a distance, Comedy and Footy, what have we got in the south Jimmy Jones and Jim Davidson what a load of ****, Lee Evans being the exception.
Fave line from the last series when Maxwas in Calais and met the two eastern gents who stowed away in their van, they start asking Max where he's from and as Max and Paddy walk away
Max: Beautiful language
Paddy: What is it?
Max: No idea but a beautiful language
