I have a puma and on the leather where you put your hands the steering wheel has black sticky stuff stuck to it

I have tried washing it but it won't come off

any ideas how to get it off?

this is the second time ive suggested this today, for 2 different things! - try Zoff - (plaster sticky stuff remover) available from chemists

its a known fault with Ford steering wheels. It isnt simply dirt.

Happened on the leather bits on my zetec-s. If you are within warranty get it down to Ford pronto. If you are out of the 12months interior warranty you will need to phone Ford customer care and get a job number to get it done FOC.

Not sure how much it will set you back if out of warranty. It's a retrim jobby.
