My sisters flat (3rd floor) was burgled in Finchley, Nth London this afternoon while she was at work.

Her and her mates room were ransacked and all their gold/silver jewellery taken. CD walkmans, TVs, and all the electric good were left behind.

Some fookin smackhead has prob pawned it all already, but if anyone gets offered a load of silver/gold in the area let me know.

Sympathies go out to your sister Dave, I got done 9 years ago and it aint fun. This F*cking area is going down hill just like the rest of the country, when I moved here 10 years ago I would rarely hear a police siren now its virtually every evening. Never seen a crack head but the odd glue sniffer behind Tesco along with the beggars camped outside the back door.

Makes u feel like getting the hell outta London but then I read threads about Hastings and Tunbridge Wells and its just as bad if not worse

I hope she gets it sorted as soon as.

My girlfriend lived just down the road (E Finchley) until a few months ago and the amount of scum around a so-called nice area's eye opening.

I was challenged by 2 gaunt looking youths late night last Feb-they were after my wallet and mobile phone

Instead, one of them received a possible broken jaw and cracked ribs.
