Its about stcks and shares and that kind of thing.

A good time was early 1998 as long as you got out again at the end of 1999

Agreed that there is plenty of money to be made while things are volatile as you often see stocks go +or- 20% within a trading day. But you really need to be psychic to catch these (or extrememly talented)

If you're hoping to make a quick buck, then there's never a good time unless your name is 'Lucky Jim'.

But long term the market's got to be a goer at the moment, on the basis that there are some bargains out there. 5 years from now they'll probably be worth a fortune.
