Large growth removed on Tarrant on TV - anybody have pics?

Saw this some months ago, and came up in conversation about weight loss just now. The woman had to have this huge cist removed, and it took 3-4 people to lift it onto the trolley.
Gross I know, but does anybody have pics of this, or a link for it?

Sorry no pics or links, but I remember seeing it on Tarrant on TV. It even had hair and some teeth; enough to give you the dry boake (spelling?).

That clip's been on several times - it's really bizarre - can't imagine anyone allowing themselves to get to that stage.
Sometimes if you approach the TV company they might provide you with a video of it - I got one once many moons ago and I said a relative was in one the clips they showed - blady blah - junk like that. It's worth a try.
