Continuing on the TV prog theme, anyone else see that BBC show "The chair" on Sat night was it?
Original idea, and not that easy to do!

Yeah, I saw it, thought it was good. John McEnroe was good as the "bad guy" and was funny coz he could take the **** out of himself!

over here it went the same way as 'who wants to be a millionaire'; an overly keen contestant won the top prize then had it withdrawn cos he was found to have taken certain 'substances' that artificially kept the heart rate low .....

Talking of heart rates what is low?

Mine is about 62beats per minute... and yes I am layed back..

Blood pressure is very low too..

40 bpm is professional cyclist low, too low!
Mine is 72, but I've spent way too long in the big smoke on the p!ss.

I'd say 60 odd is about perfect!
