Nick

I'm just starting a engineering degree with OU in the new year.

They offer a BEng and a MEng, but I don't think you can be as specific as say Aircraft engineering.

I'm currently working towards an OU science degree, and am now in my 5th year of study. It's hard work and it will take up a lot of your spare time. Having said that though, I'm enjoying the challenge, and will continue to study until I get a degree or get fed up of studying (no sign of tht yet).
If you get the chance of going on a summer school, take it. They seem to squeeze about a term's worth of work into a week, including the social side.
