Paint code for this car

I am trying to get an aerosol can made up for this car so that I can paint the front of the front wing but my local paint shop couldn't make the colour 
I was always told that this colour is caspian blue but their caspian blue came out dark. The paint code under the bonnet reads U3 which they say makes the car as being red!!! we checked the car and it has never been red and this colour is the original colour. The tags have not been played with either 
Does anyone have any idea what colour this is? Where else can I get it made? Please help because I need to finish it and I am stuck now
