What are the current requirements (paperwork) for a 80% Mortgage.
ie ,lengh of employment..Wage slips..p60 etc. Will be dealing with major Building Soc.

just did my mortgage with major lender and they wanted me employed (werent bothered how long) and made do with a letter from my boss as for pay (which is handy if your borrowing is 27 times income but your boss is a mate)
in short it was all rather easy.

ps- i work in the industry and thought i'd have to pull some stings to get what i wanted but in the end there was no need- like candy from a baby.
