The 6210E is an Orange specific version of the 6210.
Phones used by Orange have been modified for them, I once did know the reason but I have forgotten.
The big question is why would you want to got to O2 (BTCellnet) because IMHO (avoiding leagel things for SN) Orange are far superior. Better network coverage, better signal srength, tariff matching, nicer customer services people along better and more sophisticated network infrastructure.
These would be the reason my company are looking at handing 500+ handsets back to O2 and getting them from Orange instead!
