Almost a muppet thread - how to tie a bow tie

Can anyone seriously tell me they can tie their own bow tie?
Like I spent an hour last night trying to do it, and failed.
Is this a job for your partner or what??? Even downloaded some guides off the net, needless to say they were averagely helpful.

You need some one to show you how to do it. Everytime I go to a Ball or whatever I spend hours trying to remember how to tie the bloody thing. I then forget how to do it the next time round.
Go to a gentlemens outfitter, buy a cheapie bow tie off them and then ask them to show you how to tie it. It is really easy once someone has shown you.
