My bro works for the Carphone Warehouse and told me Orange aren't letting their customers do it at the moment...not sure how accurate that is...

Just got my T68 back yesterday.
It wasn't connecting outward calls.
Apparently, they upgraded the software....would this be to the T68i?

I've done it no problems. Scooby Dooby Blue, if you've got an MMS option you have the t68i software.

I had mine done at a place in Warrington and I'm on Orange. No problems at all and the phone is LOADS better now!

You can store tons of ringtones and pictures on the phone now too!

RRH - any Ericsson service store can do it. I dropped mine off at a CPW and picked it up a few hours late

Spoke to my bro about this again last night (works for CPW) and he said none of the CPW shops in Oxford will let me do it and that it voids some warranty or agreement or summat!??? and he said any shop that lets Orange users do it is very naughty...
