That dude who had a laser between Jimmy's nutz, not too sure of the name. But him!

 

Ulrich Goldfinger

 

Played by an actor that couldn't speak any English so the got him to mouth the words and then dubbed someone in over the top later! (Yes okay it is a well known fact... but no enlse has posinted it out yet.)

The villian played by Sean Bean had burn scars on his face, and more than liekly the rest of him, after Bond blew up the Russian weapons research site.

The bad guy played by Robert Carlise was also scared with a bullet going through his brain resulting in him have no sense of feeling.

Those are two physical defects in the last three Bond villians.

Of course all the bag uys share one thing - meglomania and stupidity!

As Dr Evil's son Scott (BTW the film character in the moderator!) points out they should just kill the hero straight away, bullet in the head. To make sure they are dead quickly and not some crazy and very slow way of killing them that would give them a chance to escape!
