if you are wanting to buy.. then try www.screwfix.co.uk or see if you have someone like falcon electrical or city electrical factors nearby..

If you are wanting advice on how to do the wiring, my advice is dont.. not unless you know what you are doing... you can end up getting a shock when just doing the earth bonding wires..

I'm not aware of anything like that on the web, you could try doing a search for the N.I.C.E.I.C see what that returns.
