I remember someone posting a while ago about the delay in changing channels with cable tv. I too had the same problem, well it's fixed now.
If you are having problems, turn the box off at the wall for approx 15 seconds, then open the bit where the card is, pull it half out then push back in, wait for it all to rest. It will go onto channel 890, then put it onto channel 101 then use up and down button. Should work properly then. Worked for me.
