Origin Blue- Dont satellites go over Romford?

Before I contact the company, has anyone else had problems getting the initial satellite lock? I've been trying for hours in and out of the car (adapter powered with the antenna in the garden!) - nothing. Why is it me who always gets the duff one? HELP!

Go back to Origin and talk to them about this. They are very helpful, really understand the customer satisfaction dynamic. Had a similar problem which has now ben solved. Ask for Mark
