depends what sort.. round here they are about 3" high and you can almost clear the sides with each wheel... so may slow to 40 / 30

Watching the police range rover come flying down one of the roads near us that is full of "traffic calming measures", it's got those little square things in the road to slow you down, range rover went over 'em doing at least 40 and never even flinched

At my previous company, there was a t*sser of a salesman who had a 325i who boasted that he never slowed down for humps / traffic-calming. Unfortunately after his first service, the fleet manager presented him with a bill for new front wishbones, bushes & mounts -- knackered because of his driving habits.
Nearly 500 quid lighter, he started going easier ....
