Be on the lookout for an X reg Burgundy Omega - Usual tell-tales signs - two mirrors - no dealer markings etc etc... BUT... This guy drives like a complete tw@t! After following him for a while picked up on his pattern - accelerate up to about 90/100 in the outside lane of the dual carriage way, then pull in behind someone doing 70/80 and tailgate them for a while pushing them into going faster... all this without using the indicators once - not even when turning off up the sliproad... keep 'em peeled...

Probably be an unmarked police vehicle attempting to get someone to race and then they can nick them for dangerous driving.

If people are tailgated as aggressively as this guy, the majority of people would either have; given him the brake test, put their foot down, or used some form of sign language - all of which he would no doubt find a reason to pull you... @rsehole... Nothing against the police as most I have had experience of have been 'normal' people - this guy seemed to work to a law of his own...

yes it was Paul - about 11.00 last night - I pulled up along side him at Handy Cross (where he booted it, expecting me to rise to the challenge no doubt) and followed him to the Bisham Roundabout where he turned round at went back up to Handy Cross - Obviously his idea of entertainment for the night...

It's a saloon and I've seen him around a fair bit. You can't really tell it's a police car at all, apart from the obvious bits and pieces.

The car is always on patrol from Handy Cross to the Uxbridge turn off on the M40, and normally sits there waiting to catch speeders at the Beaconsfield junc. as they can clock you from a fair old distance away.

They also go to Tesco's in Loudwater quite often!

Zilch, as Scott said it is a saloon - It's an X reg (didn't get the full reg), very clean, Burgundy, two mirrors, no dealer stickers or numberplate surrounds... oh yeah and two guys with white shirts and shoulder badges...

Hang on a mo, I think I have seen this motor actually or one like it, does it have slightly darkened/tinted windows ??? Went to Adams of Aylesbury and took the STI demo out for a spin, One was parked next to a jam sarnny and they were chewing the cud, they were between Aylesbury and Missenden, the nice fast stretch. He pulled out and followed me but he had already given the game away. Could be there are a couple between Wycombe/Marlow - Uxbridge and Aylesbury, or this one has a bigger beat.

Cheers

Seen him too..think he's based out of Aylesbury's main cop shop. Don't know about you guys but I tend to slow down a bit aroung Omega's generally as it seems the most common unmarked plod-mobile. I did see a grey Saab 9-5 with the flashers in the grill going last week mind you (m25 near St Albans)..
