VIN from reg number
Hi folks,
Can anybody help me with finding a VIN number from the registration number?
Lockdown project on the go trying to resurrect an old scooter that I bought 30 years ago but according to DVLA I apparently never registered it in my name. Needless to say I have no idea where the original V5 is and the VIN number is not on the frame and in order to register to me I need the VIN to complete the V62 document. Dilemma!
I know it is possible to get a VIN from a reg number, I just don't know how.
