I remember why now....it was such a clusterf**k that we were powerless to do much about but still got blamed.

Didn't eradicate by all means but it sure brought it down quite a lot.

But still, if you're going to send a gift payment to a random stranger that might not even be in the same country for some fictitious parts then there's nothing much stopping you.
