Sh!theads that don't signal at roundabouts
How much delay, frustration and extra pollution do the lazy, lazy tw&ts that find it too difficult to lift an index finger to lift a switch and give us a clue as to where they're going, cause do you think?
I think it's massive

On a roundabout here people put thier right indicator on when getting onto rounadbout ( why .....?? ) and then dont bother with left signal at the first exit ..... Which leads to people coming From the first exit just waiting and guessing

A slow moving or idling ICE is operating in its most inefficient mode, often as low as 10mpg.
An ev isnt spinning its motor sat still, so battery drain is much reduced. EVs have much better range performance in slow city, town driving.
So if you're queueing at roundabout, they are less polluting

A couple of the roundabouts here they’ve actually painted the road to tell people how they’re supposed to navigate.
Maybe they don’t train people to drive anymore?

just a shame battery storage is so inefficient

Far less polluting, than hundreds of thousands of ICE idling in queues.
Our local town is like a pollution hotspot with the main st extremely unpleasant to walk down during rush hour. I tend to stay clear until later and walk away from the main st to limit breathing in all the polluted air

I usually find it's the arrogant audi/bmw tw*ts that find signaling is beneath them...................
AVs have should eco friendly windup windows (saving power) and hand signals for turning, doing away with battery draining flashing bulbs
for night time signals maybe a fluorescent glove could be worn for safety!

I find its across the board in this neck of the woods...but the problem seems to totally disappear during half term....
Either way worst offenders round here are smaller cars, like minis (if you can call a mini small) and oversized SUVs and crewcab pickups.
Most unpredictable roundabout drivers (i.e wrong lanes, meandering, last minute decisions, or lane swapping etc.) Is almost exclusive to Priuses and other hybrids and EVs like Outlanders, the odd Insight as well as Leafs and Zoes. Never drive alongside these round a two/three lane roundabout unless you want a new door/wing etc.

Yeah like that , looks like yours was a ditherer - its usually wide boyz in my experience
My other pet hate are drivers who use you as buffer to get onto road your are getting onto
ie - Take your example , a two lane entry onto your road a hundred yards prior to roadabout . A driver in left hand lane of entry road just cant wait / uses you as a buffer to get into right hand lane ( the one you are gettting into ) to then go all the way around roundabout .
this and people two feet behind you in a 30
Maybe im getting old

What/why/who planning ‘engineer’ **** that thinks it’s a good idea to place a crossing, being pelican or zebra right on a roundabout exit, especially on two lane roundabouts when your eyes are on your mirrors and blind spots incase some prat on a moped/prius is in a nearside blind spot as you exit
