GU10 LED bulbs
Guys
I'm looking for some recommendations on really bright GU10 LED bulbs please.
I recently got the MR16 kitchen halogen bulbs replaced with mains GU10 due to transformer problems on a couple of the lights, but I'm not happy with the light output. The bulbs are only 230lm.
Do any of you have good bulb recommendations?
cheers

Used quite a few and are lasting well where ones from screwfix and toolstation have failed.
register your email before buying and wait a little to get discounts codes etc. which don’t always show on the website.
Current discount code for today only is “MAD33”that gives you 33% with an extra 10% off at the checkout.

Some failed after about 18months, still have some that are still ok (LAP). The failed ones I replaced with another brand.
Similar story with the toolstation ones (meridian) that failed within 12 months, yet I have a load of meridian LED filaments that work fine after over 3 years...where Phillips LED filaments where several have suffered partial failure (one element failed or flickering).
Still that doesn’t come close to the 30 odd failed JCC LED6 lamp units that I’ve had fail on me despite the 10yr warranty..even replacements failed and they wreck the plaster when removing them...suffice to say I won’t recommend them or any fitting that has a driver or bulb built into the fitting.

Take a wander across into home bargains, 350 lumen GU10's are about £1.50 each - in warm white (3000K), or daylight (6500) - I've used the daylight ones throughout my home and can't fault them on output, reliability or spread of beam. Only thing is they aren't dimmable if that is a requirement.
