Ebay? WTF????????
Regularly go on looking for 7mm scale railway items of interest.
Today, I was surprised to find that my usual saved search turned up 2,416, 412 items
And further surprised to find that not ONE on the first page bears even the smallest resemblance to a 7mm scale railway item
Anyone any idea what has happened?

Ebay may have changed what is being included. They do it often. I collect old RC cars and it's become quite tricky sifting through the unrelated stuff.
Have you looked for narrow gauge groups on FB. I've got a small OO gauge collection but sadly nowhere for a layout at the moment.

No, it's not narrow gauge, it's 7mm scale "O" gauge steam and diesel locos.

Yes, the manufacturers even went to the trouble of having a moulding made for the nameplates, which were distinctive, and wouldn't have looked so good as a transfer.
Two motors, all wheel drive, rotating fans and switchable lighting, (headcode boxes and tail lights), plus switchable cab lights.
