Question

I'm looking to take 4-5 days mountainbiking in Wales in mid July.
Does anyone have any recommendations for accomodation/guides/routes?

Pete,
There will be 2 of us and we are both very fit as we are used to doing 30+mile off road runs Sat+Sun and at least 3x20mile runs during the week. Also my resting heart beat is down to 45 now, which doc says is pretty damn fine :-)

So if you have any tips, fire away.

Elan Valley is a fave of mine. Good epics to be had.

Site EVO suggests (above) is a good start.

Cheers
