If it's not road legal and has a noisy can on it, and being ridden by a pr*ck then yeah. But otherwise there are more pressing issues in the world plod should deal with...
We get a lot round here due to the bridle paths, and generally, like quads bike are mostly never silenced and often ridden by kn0bheads. Something not appreciated at 4:00am due to the noise or when using same said paths to walk the dog.

Funny enough had a helmut head following me on the road the other day, just pulled over and let him go pass, really are a danger.
Plods to busy parked up eating pies to bother.
Used to ride my Bultaco on the road, always tax and tested though. Always law abidding me.
