Default Presidents Club Gala Dinner Fundraiser

Sounds like a cracking night TBH - I see the Feminazi's are all out in force frothing over this one...

These 'Gentlemen's Evenings' have gone on for years and years, the Hostesses knew exactly what they were about - many Hostesses attended/worked year on year..... (some even gave 'extra's' upstairs)
The PC brigade is having a field day - seems the only losers are the Charities who had millions of Pounds raised for them.... not anymore....

The 'women/feminazi's' they interviewed on the Radio last night - quote: "I believed men only events were a thing of the past" - Oh ******* please!!!!!!

Or is it just me? Discuss!

And there are no female only things? Female only waiting rooms etc?

Sickens me, this feminism. I'm waiting for the first compo payouts for all these casting couch actresses. And THEN I'll be waiting for the first one to give back all the $millions she was paid when she got the part....LOL

Some of these dozy f@nnies want to have a look at how MEN are portrayed on TV, films, adverts. But do you hear us all whining?

Ah, Mr "No it isn't" is here.

I KNEW you'd be on this thread. I bet your membership of the feminazis is being processed right now. I suspected you were female from your method of arguing too...now I know you are.

So I'm a female 'Mr no it isn't'? Your usual standard of logic I see.

Anyway I agree women should shut up.

It's us men that have had to deal with all the money and power, all women have had to worry about is childbirth and doing what they're told

There was something on our local news (early evening too) last year sometime. This was the boom in male hostesses wanted for charity events, hen nights, corporate events etc And it was all done with a cheeky smile and winks by the reporter especially when the uniform was shown - this was a small apron and nothing else.

So this was basically wanting males to work wearing nothing but an apron which covered their front and not the rear, at women only gatherings. And not an eyelid was batted and nothing was seen as being controversial, especially as it was on the news in the early evening as some sort of positive jobs boost for the area. And the owner of the agency said there was a massive demand currently for it.

Now at the time I thought that there was nothing too wrong with this - the male hostesses must know what kind of a job it was, the women attending the events could always leave if it wasn't their cup of tea and the charities will benefit at the end of the day.

So why should it be seen any differently at this Presidents dinner?

Its funny as well that these days male strippers are far more popular than female ones.

Male stripper nights at local social clubs usually boom with the amount of women gathering to watch. Chatting to one club secretary (following the aftermath of a fight there) he said that they organise 2-3 male stripper nights a year and the amount of money they make keeps the club going for the rest of the year. When I asked if they still do female strippers, he said no - no one is bothered to watch them.

I still don't think that any of the female hostesses have made any formal complaints of assaults and sexual assaults yet.

And what if the female hostesses turn around and say to society "Who are you to tell me what I can wear and what job i do". Some may have been quite happy to do that job and don't want society to make the feel like a victim of abuse.

Must be terrifying - do you run naked into the street squawking or do you grab a towel first?

Give it time; The press will be clamouring for kiss and tell stories. And I'm pretty sure there will also be a few wanting to play the blame/claim game in the courts.

I bet the girls are a little peeved this easy ride job has been axed, they all knew what the job was and were told to drink, socialise and serve drinks and were paid £170. It’s only the extreme feminists that are seeing this as an issue. What do you think happens to the podium dancers in Alex’s bar Magaluf? I don’t see any undercover reporters there

What makes me smile are the prissy commentators on the Beeb saying "Well I wouldn't want my daughter doing that etc". I want to shout back saying "Well nor would I pal but I would consider myself a parental failure if I had daughters that were so f,ucking stupid that they didn't know what was expected". Same a F,uck a Fresher week at uni

Was fish pie on the menu?

Tarbuck was bang on the money when he gave the example of women on hen nights and their behaviour saying those complaining she go and make comment on them.

If blokes acted like some women on hen nights they would be arrested yet women can get away with it

And if your daughter (who is over the age of consent etc etc) makes the decision to take on the job - who are any of us to say no. Surly these 'hostesses' had the right to say 'no' if anything went on that they were not happy about. And had the right to say no to the job at the start.

Made me laugh listening to Nadia on Loose Women this week who were talking about the subject (and no, I'm not an avid viewer). She mentioned that when she was younger she was offered a job as a waitress but was told that she had to wear a skimpy blouse and no bra. She said after a few hours she couldn't handle it anymore and left. My argument would be that, if you thought it was disgusting, degrading etc why did you just say no to the job straight away? Surly she would have known what kind of night it was if you asked to be virtually topless. But I suggest she thought the pay outweighed being ogled at and was prepared to put up with it. And she should be allowed to make that choice and be a topless waitress if she wants without outsiders saying that its wrong.

My Mrs said she'd have done stuff like this years ago if for no other reason than to wind her mother up. In general she says that it is easy money as long as you're comfortable in what you're doing and know your own limits.

World has gone mad.

I don't think a single employee has complained but the whole thing has been wound down and dissolved. Massive feminazi knee jerk reaction.

Same as Neville being forced to apologise for battering his wife at table tennis 7 years ago.

Now I'm not into this football bollo*cks but it's obvious this is just feminazis being offended purely for the sakes of being offended.

It was on radio 2 at lunch when some poor little snowflake called "Tilly" (I make no hint that this kind of name would be stereotypically given by a parent to a child of a certain social class ), feeling outraged that a woman should CHOOSE to have a career parading around a dart match or moto GP grid in a skimpy garment, oh the irony! If I got paid what some do, I'd consider doing it myself, and it would be MY CHOICE to do so, not some easily insulted lefty living in a over-liberal la la land.

It strikes me that you're the one being bizarrely offended by all this.

There has to be a line, where would you draw it?

Btw, I don't think there's actually been a 'lefty la la land' reaction to this, moreover it seems to being used as a good old reason to victim blame, by men mainly. If you don't believe me, just scroll up!

Yes, I'm in touch with my inner femanist😀

Wrong assumption: I'm not offended! More bumused at the others who are outraged and angered if anything (hence the back room casting couch; I'll assume you are unaware of the meme ). I'll also assume you didn't listen to Jeremy Vine yesterday either. Nor are you up to speed on the Neville accusations.

"Victims" have the appropriate laws and channels to go through without the need to wear black and hashtag #metoo. So I'll stop you right there until you find something else to nit pick at

Yes, I'm in touch with what is real abuse and whinging. The line? Rape and sexual abuse.

Anyone raped?

I have no doubt that you're rigt about the reaction to this. I tend to agree that this has been turned into something more sinister than it actually was.

That said, it would be good to read some criticism of the groper, rather than just a load of 'she was asking for it' type comments about the gropee

Yup, the TV and radio was full of a certain type all outraged by something quite insignificant. Men all gather together in one room??? How very dare you?

And if somebody was prepared to pay me good money to parade around in my underwear I'd be chuffed to bits. However I suspect I would actually be paid to keep all my clothes on.
