Default Oats

Posted a video from this channel on one of the threads. Not sure if someone else has already posted this but Oats is an experimental film company from Neill Blomkamp.

The movies in full are about 22 minutes each but they seem to be pretty cool, with a couple of known stars in them.

That's incredible stuff and a host of similar vids to back it up. A glimpse of the future? Many of our brightest talents fear it is, with some advising AI be shut down now. Others opine it's already too late.

AI stuff is interesting. I heard of a couple of AI programs which had created their own language to communicate, which the creators could not understand, so they shut it down.

It's not too late, yet, but I am a bit worried about the tech evolving faster than our ability to really grasp what we are doing!

The other vids on there are pretty cool. Still pretty disappointing that Blomkamp did't get the go ahead to do the Alien sequels, I think he would have done a great job.
