Saw this a few weeks ago - still trying to work out if it was intentional or not? as it seems a fcuked up thing for the cops to try & pull off, especially with that many people around, and he stacked it up the pavement sideways which must have done the wheel alignment a world of good! hahahaha

Possibly a 'officer needs assistance' urgent shout - get there at all costs thing?

From personal experience and statistics.... most cops can't drive for toffee... and that clip just proves it.

They're a danger to the public.
