I boutht this camera from RF Concepts and it's excellent !
I also got a power supply, a 20m extension cable and a modulator.
The camera is at the end of my drive looking back at the house so I get to see the cars and all of the front of the house and then it feeds from the modulator into an aerial distribution box I've got in the loft which feeds all the TV's (I've got 7). I've then tuned a channel on all the TV's in to the CCTV camera.
Without the modulator you will need a line input or SCART socket direct into the TV. Without the extension cable you need the camera within 2m of the power supply. I didn't bother with a microphone.
A B&W camera will operate in much lower light levels than a colour camera, but I've got floodlights and there's something nicer about a colour image IMHO.
These camera's are tiny - a bit bigger than your thumb, but they're completely waterproof and the hi-res one is camcorder quality
