Default Spiders in the bloody car :(

My wife went to the tip yesterday and it was closed so she left the car (old Passatt) full of garden cuttings. The car is now a mass of cobwebs and spiders grrrrr. She refuses to drive it until they're removed. I've vacuumed what I can but some still appear! Any suggestions - bug bombs, dry ice etc. What works as I'm going to get fed up really quick with this!

Tip a bucket of frogs in there, they love spiders. Then chuck in a couple of badgers to eat the frogs, get them out again and problem solved!

I knew I could rely on Scoobynet. Now, where to find some frenchies?

Start car up, empty half a can of insect/bug-spray into the car, turn ventilation onto max with recirculation set to close, close all doors and windows, let it run like that for 10 or 15 minutes. Switch off car, leave all windows and doors closed for another hour or two.

You'll want to be sitting safely outside the vehicle while doing the above, and open all windows wide next time you go for a drive

Slugs are the worst if any escaped from garden waste.

Attach a hosepipe to end of exhaust and tuck end through a nearly closed window and leave engine running. Should kill most things

Sounds maybe the best idea.

Nice, apart from it being an old soot burner and I expect the interior would be black within 2 mins!

This solution is just one step away from driving the car to the woods and putting a match to it!

Ah, a weaponised paint stripper; perfect for bug clearance.

Get an extension open the boot and plug this thing in

I've read a few reviews from spiders and they hate the sound

Nice website. At last somewhere to buy heron repellent. I hate it when they get stuck in the bath

Very quickly that shoe would have been used to reduce that thing to the thickness of a sheet of paper!

Funnily enough I used the Foz to do a dump run with bagged garden rubbish at the weekend. The bags were in the car for no more than 5-10 minutes tops while I drove there and when I got to the car on Monday there was a HUGE spiders web across the inside of the whole drivers door area with a very ugly looking large spider waiting for me. Nice!

Maybe it has but it would quickly suffer a close encounter of the shoe kind!

Can't believe how aggressive the ******* is!

Plus, that Brazilian Wandering Spider has the most deadly toxin against humans.
One bloke got bitten and sustained a really painful erection(!) for 4hrs(!!), before pegging it. WTF

It truly is the 'Great White shark' of its world.

If the OP's car is full of these things then I'm afraid car cremation is the only answer!

On a serious note, although actually far more complex, it was creatures like these that helped Darwin to question then abandon his Christian faith.

I've been informed by someone that they stopped feeling phobic towards spiders since a spider crawled on them when they were once high as a kite on magic mushrooms. This person said that their feelings towards the spiders have altered since then, and they can now pick a spider with their bare hands, let one be anywhere in their vicinity etc.

My one of the neighbours is terrified of the spiders. She has just bought this gadget to catch them and throw them out.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/252364149822

This Humane Spider Catcher prevents taking the life of the captured individual. You can release it outside in your garden etc.
