Flashing orange , had few hiccups last few weeks now just off

Summer holiday extra usage / coincidence / they've just ******* up

They had 2 big outages last week but nothing this week i believe.

Considering how big BT are and how much profit they make, they are possibly one of the worse companies that we have to deal with .

Mine seems be back now , don't know what's happening . Tried two different home hubs

Their customer service is a complete shower of ****e.
I would never ever return to that company!

I've got bt infinity and I've heard about the problems but haven't got any issues myself

Were thinking of switching. BT are by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with, every time we have a problem it's taken ages to put right.

I've never had a problem with them! Touch wood! Just don't go with sky they are shocking

My sky broadband was running slow / I ditched my tv package but kept the broadband , so wasn't expecting miracles - 1 phone call & 15 mins later I had my broadband running twice the speed + a engineer call out arranged to replace the socket & hub free of charge / 3 days later engineer showed up replaced & broadband is up to maximum . No charge , no hastle , can't complain

My sky broadband was shockingly slow...but it's all about what area you live in to determine what Internet company you go for
